Hello Dear Friends!
Spring has sprung here at the Dumb Bell Ranch! Although the past few days have felt more like
hurricane season! GASP! The wind was something else.
I have a few things to share, a couple of new things to introduce and some upcoming "STUFF" I'd like to tell you about.

First off, thanks for coming by to read this. I truly enjoy hearing from you and knowing what my friends "out there" are up to. Second, we are preparing to add a blog to the site. That way, I can muse, rant, entertain
myself, or even say something serious from time to time, whenever I want to! I think it will be a great addition to the site and I hope to see a lot of folks
staying in touch with me that way.  It's easy and a quick way for us all to say hello to each other!

Next, I've been selecting songs and as always, having to downsize what is actually a sensible amount of songs to do for my next project. I would like to keep things half and half...half my own songs, and half from the writers I love! My pal Mark Teachey in Wilmington and I have
agreed to pair up and see what on earth could come from that! HA! Poor Mark. I know he's busy taking "focus classes" in order to try and keep me in line. I am
thrilled to be working with him (plus, I can crash in on Marah at any time, which I know she will LOVE!

College kids just love it when their parents come to visit and even spend the night! I'm excited! I know Marah will be DELIGHTED! HEE! HEE! HEE!
The goats are grazing, the dogs are lounging the skeeters are skeeting (HA!), the cats are doing whatever cats do! All is well and happy here and that's a great thing!

There are a few announcements to make about my friends that some of you may know.  Joyce Allen is in the Wilmington area to visit with our dear friend
Brenda Campbell. Brenda has a slick new DVD player, so I'm sure the two of them will be totally worthless! HA! KIDDING  BREN! I am glad that Joyce has returned to God's country...NORTH CAROLINA...if only for a
visit. I told her that we were going to make a southerner out of her yet!

Next, my dear friend LTC Sean Eaton has upcoming nuptials! I wish Sean and his bride-to-be Suzie the very best in their coming wedded bliss! MMMMMMMWah to you both!

My very own specimen of greatness, Marah, has just finished her Junior year in college. WHEW!  We're all glad that's over for her. GREAT JOB MARAH!!! YOU GET 'EM GIRL!

Last of all, I'd like to say thank you to everyone who sends emails, passes along good thoughts and well wishes. I am always pleased to hear from you! When the blog gets up and going...stop by often. There's no telling what on earth will be on my mind. That might be entertainment in and unto itself!

Last of all, I'd like to say BIG SPECIAL HELLO'S TO: Ty and Verena Grant of Greensboro, NC, John and
Cherry Sand of Gold Hill Colorado, Don and Mandy Davis of Alabama, Clem Lukaszewski and family of Pennsylvania, long time (since first grade!) friend and someone I'm in touch with after many years, INVESTIGATOR Jim Bullins of Williamston, NC (who knew? I have to behave around Jimmy now!), Joan
and George McClellan of Suffolk, Virginia, Mary Grace McCord of Birmingham, Alabama and last of all, to all of  you that I did not list here! You know I'll get around to you! HA!

I want to wish my newest niece PARSON ROSE HALEY a HAPPY HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY!!! I love you!
(I have 4 nieces...Mary Hannah, Delaney, Rachel and Parson Haley! How cool is that?)
I am truly blessed...and I hope you're counting your blessings too!
Till next time,
IT"S A BEEEEEEEEEEEUTEEEFUL LIFE!

Love,
Annie
